Kareena Kapoor and Radhika Apte accused of ignoring their fans and co-stars

Mahesh Tilekar, a Marathi filmmaker, charged Radhika Apte and Kareena Kapoor Khan with eschewing their admirers and fellow cast members on Instagram.

On his social media accounts, the director, known for films like Ladi Godi, Gaon Tasa Changala, One Room Kitchen, and Ghar Grihasti, criticized A-list celebrities. Mahesh recalled the time Kareena Kapoor declined to take a photo with an actor while she was traveling with his Maratha company eight years ago in a lengthy social media post. The actress from Jab We Met allegedly collaborated with this actor in the past, according to Tilekar.

Mahesh Tilekar, who is a well known Marathi filmmaker, put up a long post on his Instagram accusing both Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Apte of ignoring their fans.

He captioned the post, saying, ““Eight years ago, we were waiting in the check-in line at the airport when I noticed Kareena was standing next to one of the actresses from our programme. She went to Kareena Kapoor and greeted her. She wanted to click a pic with Kareena but the Bollywood star ignored her, leaving her upset. She had even worked in one of Kareena Kapoor’s well-known flicks, the actress did not care to turn around to look at her (sic)”. He added, “These celebs do not have issues in interacting with fans when promoting their OTT shows or films, but can’t show decency otherwise. Radhika Apte had said she does not like to give autographs and click selfies with people. But a few days ago, while promoting her Hindi film, she was seen clicking selfies with some of the famous social media influencers .

Regarding her professional endeavours, Kareena Kapoor is now filming The Crew, a movie that also features Diljit Dosanjh, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in key roles. Alongside Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat, she will appear in Sujoy Ghosh’s forthcoming movie, which is an adaptation of the novel The Devotion Of Suspect X. She also has the untitled sequel from Hansal Mehta.
